Measurable Improvement Guarantee

100% fees back if there is no measurable progress after 2 months

We are confident in how Skoobon teaches. These are the assessment criteria and refund terms for the Skoobon Measurable Improvement Guarantee (MIG).

Minimum attendance period

The child must attend the Skoobon programme for a minimum of 2 months to qualify for the Measurable Improvement Guarantee.

Baseline assessment

At the beginning of the subscription, the child will complete a Skoobon Adaptive Assessment to establish a baseline of their mathematical skills and identify learning gaps.

Participation requirements

To qualify for the guarantee, the child must:

  • Maintain at least 90% attendance in scheduled sessions.
  • Complete the prescribed assessments and learning activities.
  • Actively participate in the programme.
  • Complete a minimum of 2 months of attendance.

Final assessment

At the end of the subscription, Skoobon will conduct an assessment to measure the child's progress against the baseline assessment.

Measurable improvement

Skoobon will determine whether the child has demonstrated measurable improvement based on its assessment methodology and programme records.

Refund eligibility

If Skoobon determines that the child has not demonstrated measurable improvement despite meeting all eligibility requirements, the child may qualify for a refund.

Maximum refund

The maximum refund under this guarantee shall not exceed the fees paid for 2 months of the programme, irrespective of the total duration of the subscription.

Refund request period

Any refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the end of the child's subscription period.

Final decision

Skoobon will review the child's assessment results, attendance, participation and programme records. The final decision regarding eligibility for the refund rests solely with Skoobon.

Assessment integrity

Assessments must be completed independently by the enrolled child. Skoobon may require an assessment to be repeated where necessary to ensure a fair evaluation.

Exclusions

The guarantee applies only when the child meets the required attendance and participation criteria, completes the required assessments, and continues the programme through the full minimum 2-month attendance period.
